Internship Change Management (m/f), Les Mureaux

Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Covering all aspects of change management among the communication team,
• Managing evolutions of Operation Directorate's intranet (being fully responsible for the update of the intranet, the collection of articles and interviews, the validation by security and the publication),
• Animating and monitoring a collaboration platform (wiki),
• Organising feedback study to check the impact of the first communication campaign,
• Contributing to the evolution of the communication strategy in function of the feedback assessment,
• Supporting the organisation of seminars and trainings.

Profile

You are in last year of business school, master or university (5th year) and are specialized in communication.

You have knowledge in:

• Collaborative tools (WIKI),
• Pack Office (mandatory).

You are a good team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

• English: Fluent / Negotiation level.
• French: Fluent / Negotiation level. 
• German: Advanced level.
