Intern German Content Manager, Lille

Startup experiencing hyper growth in the digital sector, Viously (viously.com) is a video platform which connects content creators with audiences. The platform has already strong adoption with 25 Millions visits per month. Viously is expanding and therefore looking for additional talent.

Viously is privately funded. Prior to Viously, the founding team created Groupe Cerise (Gentside.com & Ohmymag.com, 130 employees) acquired by Bertelsmann in 2016.

PROJECT

You will integrate an ambitious team of 20 people and will work closely with complementary web profiles. You will evolve with an hyper growth environment which will allow you to grow your skills at fast pace.

MISSION

You will be in charge of :

• Identify and convince the best German video talents to sign up
• Manage and assist content creators
• Develop the German and English speaking markets with local partners
• Make sure the quality of the content respects the guidelines
• Identify the required features to improve the product and services

PROFILE

Bachelor or master in Marketing, Media, Business, Strategy, E-business, Entrepreneurship, and strong experience within digital positions (content, social, video, business, web) or entrepreneurial,
and you are interested in online video as well as content creation.

You are well organized and proactive. You are not afraid to take initiatives and you are capable of implementing and following optimized and scalable processes.
German native is required and fluent in English. Other languages are a also a plus.
