Co-develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational goals.
Strong collaboration with leadership team as well as with cross-functional teams to assess change impact and develop communication plans.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust strategies as needed.
Participate in overall HR activities / projects.
About you
3+ years HR experiences with strong passion for People & Organization topics​ esp. on change management
Willingness to build close relationships through business proximity​
Excellent communication and facilitation skills as well as ability to navigate complexity
High flexibility, learning capacity, agility and resilience
Openness for regular travelling
Fluency in German AND English as a Must
