Missions

  • You will take in charge the HR reporting area and continuous development of our HR controlling instruments and process.
  • You cooperate in the preparations of HR budgets and forecasts in close coordination with Finance Controlling, HR Business Partners cost managers as well as management and HR Paris and Frankfurt teams (4 times per year).
  • You are the first contact person for People Business Partners, Controlling and Financial Teams and ensure a good relation by providing accurate data.
  • You create and provide ad-hoc and standard monthly HR reports with clear narrative and analysis about our Headcount and their different views.
  • You shape the global reporting landscape through our KPI reporting and stakeholder related reporting solutions by defining a global HR Dashboard.
  • You define a new model to monitor our personnel cost planning and controlling as well as forecasting in cooperation with Finance Support strategic projects by owning global HR KPI products and ensure high-quality data insights.
  • You act as the interfaces in HR (with Payroll-LOGA tool) for the annual financial statements and corresponding audits.

Profile

- Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance or Economic studies
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in an HR environment and an international growth environment
- Enthusiastic about data, numbers and confident handling them from different sources and working with different systems
- Analytical mindset and able to develop hypotheses from business problems
- Hands on mentality as well as a high degree of diligence and resilience
- Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills, covering various stakeholders
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in Power BI as well as in LOGA, SAP, or TAGETIK will be appreciate
