In order to achieve our goal, we are looking for an excellent lead for our French sales team as

Head of Sales (m/f/x) France

Your mission

In this position, you will lead our French sales department and you will be responsible for our revenue development on the way to becoming the fastest growing MaaS platform in Europe. To make this happen, you are responsible for scaling the French sales team. In this context, you take care of the topics hiring, management and structural development and pursue further areas:

  • You successfully lead and develop the team by conducting 1:1s, weeklies and stand-ups
  • You increase the technical quality of our team and the productivity through regular trainings
  • You conduct budget and job planning as well as filling open positions
  • You take care of the conception, rollout, management and application of a practicable and efficient sales controlling system
  • You develop our French sales organization as well as our processes and systems true to the motto "one-performance-to-the-customer”

Your profile

  • You led and built a sales team in a SaaS/Marketplace environment and worked actively in sales before
  • You gained experience in B2B sales on the French market
  • You are familiar with training and coaching a sales team
  • You are excellent in dealing with processes and also with conceptional work
  • You have seen scale and know about the “magic of a sales machine”
  • You embody an outstanding leader and executer and you have superior communication skills
  • You have excellent French and English language skills

  • Your first challenge is to hire and form a team that brings traction to the market
  • Together with your team, you make the French market a success
  • On top, you implement modern and digital sales processes that are aligned with our processes for Germany and Austria and integrate them into our marketing machine
