Our client, a leading international company specializing in advanced solutions for material flow and logistics infrastructure, is seeking to fill the position of:

Head of Sales Italy - Logistics & Loading Solutions - Italian / English (m/f/d), Italy (Partial Home Office)

You will assume business and sales responsibility for the Italian subsidiary of an internationally successful company, managing all commercial activities with a team of 10 employees. Your primary focus will be on the development of the company, leading sales operations, and strengthening its market position in Italy.

• Leading and developing the overall business activities of the Italian subsidiary
• Responsibility for sales, service business, business development, and commercial & administrative processes
• Partial P&L responsibility with both strategic and operational focus
• Implementing and managing corporate strategy, as well as optimizing business processes
• Developing and motivating the team while identifying new talent
• Expanding and strengthening the existing customer portfolio
• Driving change management initiatives for continuous business improvement
• Close collaboration with the central European functions of the parent company

• Industry Expertise & Experience: At least 10 years in a comparable leadership role in sales or business unit management – ideally with an established network in relevant market segments
• Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and developing teams with a proven track record in change management processes
• Customer Focus & Business Acumen: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on sales, customer orientation, and sustainable growth
• Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to optimize processes, develop strategies, and balance operational and commercial aspects
• Language Skills: Fluent Italian (C2) and business-proficient English (C1)
• Location & Travel: Residence in Italy, hybrid work possible, willingness to travel regularly
