Your responsibilities

• You supervise the Project Managers (PM) within the contracts process and development.

• You manage all the project department staff according to the current contracts progress and the business support.

• You should provide for new business proposals.

• You ensure that your teams work in collaboration with the others departments for a global efficiency interest.

• You make sure that the PM takes into account the quality, costs, delays, regulation, non-disclosure constraints and contract amendments. You support the PM in customer relations and within internal matters in case of necessity.

• You take part in the weekly planning review and ensure compliance with the Quality and Safety policy of the Company

• You are constantly in touch to exchange information with the Sales Management.

• You are informed and able to integrate the group’s “best practices” or “lessons learned” both on technical and organizational side by getting in touch with other counterparts within tk SY.

• You are a proactive force in order to optimize the project management for tk SY SAS.

Your profile

• You have working experience for at least ten years in the management of technical projects in the engineering industry.

• Your daily work includes the lead of international and cross-functional teams.

• You aim for efficiency and you challenge the targets set for the projects to support the company progress.

• You also pay high attention to the satisfaction of your customers and you develop as well as maintain long-term relationships with them.

• As a reliable person you are particularly: well-organized, dynamic & positive, open-minded, team-oriented, naturally capable of positively influencing people

• You master the French language (native speaker is an advantage). The knowledge of German is a bonus.
