Description du poste

• Head of IT Operation (ITO) overall responsibility within three main areas:

  • ITO Run related to main processes Incident,- Problem Management, Monitoring and Alerting for production and test environment
  • Projectand Change Management Focus on infrastructure
  • User Access Management
  • Provider Management

• Strategic development of the IT Operation in relationship to Group requirement

• Management of outsourcing contracts

• Reporting to Head of IT Germany / cross function with Group ITO

Critères de candidature

• Date de prise de fonction: 01/01/2023
• Poste avec management: Oui
• Niveau d'étude minimum: Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
• Formation / Spécialisation: Master degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or similar education
• Advanced Experience in IT- Management
• Niveau d'expérience minimum: 3 - 5 ans

Soft skills

• Experience in strategic development of IT units
• Technical expertise regarding common IT infrastructure technology (e.g., mainframe, client / server, databases, network) and wide knowledge in IT area, at least 10 years of experience
• General understanding of banking business models and processes
• Advanced experience in steering of service providers and outsourcing partners
• Experience in international program and project management, certificates on foundation/practitioner level (expert level as a plus) for standards e.g., ITIL, Prince2, CoBit, MoR
• Strong leadership and people management competencies
• Langues: Fluent in German and English (both C-Level), further languages as a plus (e.g., French, Italian)
