Your Mission

• Ensure the consistency & development in forecasting methodology and tools for the German demand volumes
• Long Term forecasting of all Business Units within the Cluster and GPS process animation
• Ensure that accurate forecast is available for the monthly GPS meetings
• Ensure that the forecasted figures are reviewed and validated by Marketing, Sales and Finance teams as defined in GPS process
• Responsibility to support sales forecasts valorization with the help of Finance team
• Animate the Demand Planning process on short/mid and long term horizons
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of forecast from period to period, track and explain changes
• Help identify risks and opportunities
• Coordinate demand plans, sales targets and budgets with production/ distribution planning
• Maintain system data on managed brands (model parameters, sku characteristics…)
• Develop Functional & Managerial skills of team members and set up their individual development plan
• Responsible to ensure accurate promotional volumes in the BluePlanner tool (promotion tool) together with Sales

Your Profile

• Master degree in business administration with a focus on SCM or logistic
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience within planning in a complex and fast moving industry
• Experienced in leading and developing a team
• Ability to persuade stakeholder
• High effective communicator
• Strong leadership and networking skills
• Excellent knowledge of the GPS process
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to anticipate
• High ambition to continuous improve processes
• Excellent SAP and MS Excel skills
