Tasks

Partnership Development & Solution Design

  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of assigned GSI [Primarily Accenture] – their business models, technology stacks, strategic priorities, and Siemens relevance.
  • Develop joint value propositions and solution plays that connect Siemens’ portfolio to partner capabilities, creating compelling narratives for sell-with and sell-to motions.
  • Design and document engagement architectures for specific GSI and hyperscaler partnerships, mapping how Siemens solutions integrate with partner offerings across target verticals.
  • Support the development of global multi-year business plans and investment cases for priority GSI and hyperscaler accounts. [ Primarily Accenture ]
  • Champion the build of Siemens portfolio capability within GSI and hyperscaler organisations – designing structured enablement approaches that deepen partner knowledge of Siemens’ technology stack and increase partner-led solution advocacy.

Cross-SU Execution & Pipeline Support

  • Act as the technical and solution reference point for Sales Units engaging with global GSI and hyperscaler partners – providing guidance on solution plays, co-sell motions, and escalation paths.
  • Coordinate cross-Sales Unit input to build consistent partner engagement approaches and support the resolution of complex, cross-border opportunities.
  • Track GSIand hyperscaler-influenced pipeline, monitor win rates on GSI-involved deals, and feed insights back into the team’s account planning and prioritisation.
  • Contribute to global GSI and hyperscaler performance reviews by preparing analysis, data summaries, and engagement updates.

Ecosystem Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Serve as the internal thought leader on Siemens’ solutions and technology stack in the context of GSI and hyperscaler engagement – advising Sales Units, the broader PAR team, and senior stakeholders on how Siemens’ portfolio maps to partner architectures and joint go-to-market plays.
  • Monitor GSI and hyperscaler market developments, partnership trends, and competitive dynamics – translating findings into actionable input for the team’s strategy.
  • Collaborate with FS PAR V, FS V, and FS DSC to align partner solution plays with vertical priorities and digital channel requirements.
  • Support the creation of joint go-to-market assets, co-innovation materials, and partner-facing collateral that reflect Siemens’ ONE Tech Company positioning.

Profile

Experience & Skills

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience working with or within global system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliance functions – with a deep understanding of how these organisations make decisions, structure partnerships, and engage technology vendors at scale.
  • Strong technical background in AI applications for manufacturing and operations – with practical knowledge of how AI-enabled solutions map to industrial customer challenges and how GSI and hyperscaler platforms connect to Siemens’ portfolio in this space.
  • Practical background in solution architecture, technical pre-sales, or partner solution development within a complex, multi-product technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver portfolio capability programmes within partner organisations – translating a broad technology portfolio into structured, partner-facing learning and enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build joint value propositions and solution plays that bridge technology capabilities and business outcomes across partner and vendor organisations.
  • Experience contributing to strategic account planning, pipeline tracking, and cross-functional coordination in a global or multi-regional setting.

Ways of working

  • Collaborative by default – comfortable working across Sales Units, partner teams, and FS functions without formal authority.
  • Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to synthesise complex partner and solution information into clear, usable outputs.
  • Thrives in a global environment with multiple stakeholders, ambiguous scope, and fast-moving priorities.
  • Familiarity with technology company operating models is a benefit, not a requirement.
