Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to provide timely and accurate responses to Requests for Information (RFI) for key tenders.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers to analyse tender requirements, define strategies, and ensure full compliance with customer specifications.
  • Synchronize customer requirements with pricing teams, ensuring accurate tariff structures, and conducting checks for commercial plausibility. Initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Develop comprehensive tender responses, including value propositions, ensuring completeness and alignment with customer needs.
  • Conduct internal and external post-mortem reviews of tender processes in collaboration with Key Account Managers to enhance future performance.
  • Coordinate the transition from tender management to implementation, focusing on commercial tasks as outlined in the Implementation Methodology.
  • Oversee rate card updates and customer setup maintenance, ensuring accurate records and streamlined processes for ongoing business operations.
  • Take care of preparation and execution activities for business reviews (MBRs, QBRs and/or YBRs) Leverage globally available best practices and contribute to long-term partnership.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience in Pricing, Tender Management, or Excellence Management: Proven track record in managing pricing strategies, tender processes, or excellence management in a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, Advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint and medium to advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and ability to apply consultative selling techniques to meet client needs.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and apply business and financial insights to drive commercial success.
  • Highly customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex challenges.
  • Able to work independently, set goals, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships across teams and functions.
  • Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Readiness to travel as required for the role.
