Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overview of all building projects (new & rented buildings)
• Coordination of all local building project managers worldwide, to coordinate & guide them to fulfil all requested GROUP tasks
• Monthly alignment meetings with GROUP to define next steps and check status of group relevant processes
• Work on the Synergies and optimization of the existing footprint
• Monitoring of data on real estate data base
• Validation of any new surface needs
• Budget validation
• Sales per Square meter KPI responsibility for worldwide savings
• Existing footprint risk management (Fire risk / Natural Hazard)
• Strategic definition of Building Maintenance and CO2 reduction
• Management of Maintenance Leader and CO2 Reduction Project Manager

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering. Preferably in Construction engineering or Project Management
• Basic skills in finance/calculation
• Presentation and project management skills
• Multitasking of different projects in parallel
• Managing interdisciplinary teams and teams with different levels and background
  
• English skills needed
• Very good communication skills within different levels, departments and plants
• Time and result focused & Teamwork oriented
