Mission

• You pro-actively perform the monthly P&L closing, mainly on NBI side and ensure proper reporting process, preparation of files and distribution to Management Team and PF Central (incl. calculation of New Business Margins).
• You analyze monthly partner commission expense and stock development by type and ensure a consistent recognition and amortisation process with accounting, with focus on accrued reflection in the P&L.
• You set up and allocate monthly files with New Business Margins, distribution and presentation to Planning and Business Units.
• You follow-up financial results and Budget/Forecasts, analyze and challenge differences between actual and projected performance.
• You assist in preparation and follow-up of the monthly internal reporting (including whole PnL – NBI and OPEX (costs) for Management and Exco-reporting package.
• You align with OPEX team to fulfill overall requests and tasks for Controlling reporting.
• You propose improvement or development of Controlling & Modelling tools, SQL knowledge preferrable.
• You perform monthly Production and Outstanding reporting, and you support in the reporting of the Weekly Tendance to management.
• You collaborate with accounting teams on accurate monthly closing activity and ensure monthly closing consistency between accounting and management.
• You provide the Planning department with calculation of New Business Margins and P&Ls per BU.
• You support other Controlling tasks during monthly Closing and upcoming projecte

Profile

• Knowledge of Personal Finance organization and products
• General accounting norms and standard and financial rules and processes (3-5 years of prior related experience in commercial/divisional controlling would be ideal)
• Knowledge of NBI, OPEX and PnL
• Management of budgetary tasks/controls
• Basic financial modelling and data warehouse skills (e.g. SQL, BI, MS Forms)
• Excel advanced
• Self-confident and taking initiative, flexible and quick understanding of analytical concepts
• Well-organized, accurate and ability to summarize
• Very-good English language skills
• Exposure to change management and solid communication skills
