Tasks

• Distributing BNP Paribas’ Global Cash Equity Research product, producing daily sales products
• Securing and expanding relationships with Germany’s largest institutional investors, driving deeper engagement through Cash Equity Research agreements
• Identifying new business developments and finding ways to enlarge the client base in the German speaking zone in cooperation with the existing team
• Collaborating daily with the German coverage and Execution team to provide best in class client coverage and execute commercial strategy
• Partnering with other business units and teams to design ideas, challenge positions and develop new client opportunities
• Adhering to and fully recognizing regulatory requirements and BNPP policy (including BNP Paribas Code of Conduct)

Profile

• Appropriate educational background in finance, economics, or business
• Experienced salesperson with existing close relationship with the German speaking relevant client base
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to argue point of view with strong conviction
• Excellent business relationship management and development skills
• Very good level of written and oral communication in German and English
