Grow through professional challenges

• Support of Banker in the preparation of the Strategic Business Review and contribution to the development of the client relationship and profitability with a focus on three dimensions: credit expertise, commercial support, KYC
• Support complex projects and contract creation
• Contribution to the green light process and to the structuration of flow banking products / loan book transactions
• Preparation and enforcement of contractual documents
• Monitoring the pipeline and spots client / prospects business opportunities in regards to each products and alerts/discusses with the Banker (aim to build functional knowledge across all products of the bank)
• Preparation of loan templates in German and English
• Responsible for the completeness of the annual reviews of the portfolio producing an objective credit proposal compliant with the Bank’s guidelines
• Providing critical contribution to facilitate well-informed credit decisions in Credit Committee, support of delivering a complete, synthetic and coherent up-to-date counterparty, transactions & credit risk analysis, participation in the Credit Risk Community and to the development of sectorial knowledge, alerting the Banker in case of change(s) and issue(s), attending Credit Committee together with the Banker
• Sanity check of the credit proposal prepared by the EMEA Credit Analytics
• Responsibility for KYC activity with focus on the more added-value tasks by supporting Bankers in steering the KYC Strategy for their client portfolio

Impress with your skills

• Degree in Finance and/or Economics and/or Accounting with a strong knowledge of financial analysis under several standards (IFRS, local)
• Longterm experience in Banking
• Good knowledge of the Corporate banking environment and a solid understanding of the transaction process from end-to-end
• Good knowledge of Credit Analysis
• Proficiency in the assessment of credit risk and quality of credit proposals
• Credibility and autonomy in interacting with credit process partners and in providing input and clarifications during credit committees
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills German and English
