Missions

• In your role as Director Business Transformation, you are accountable for the transformation and adaptation of our business model, our IT systems, our culture and our employees with regard to the challenges of our industry.
  
• To this end, you will manage the areas of Organizational Development & Project Management, Business Engineering & Data Governance.
• In addition, you will be responsible for Operational Permanent Control at a regulated German financial services institution as well as quality management. This enables you to keep an eye on change risks and the effects of the transformation on our core business and to ensure the sustainable integration and stabilization of change measures into the operational business.
  
• You will be responsible for the management of major business and organizational development projects with an international context and develop company-wide strategies to stay ahead of industry-related changes.
• You anchor a culture of change and motivate stakeholders at all levels to permanently align their processes and ways of working with current and future customer interests.
  
• The establishment of an extensive network within and outside the organization enables you to carry out initiatives and programs in a well-coordinated manner and to receive appropriate impulses for their selection.
• You will make a significant contribution to improving the efficiency of the organization with targeted programs in your area of responsibility (digitalization, RPA, smart automation, lean, AI solutions).

Profile

• A degree in economics, business administration or a comparable qualification
• At least 10 years of practical professional experience in a comparable position in the field of business transformation, corporate development or strategic management
• Feel comfortable in complex international projects with a strong IT component
• Possess in-depth knowledge in the areas of project management, process optimization and change management, ideally you have already managed migration projects, transformation programs or PMI projects on an international level
• Analytical and conceptual way of thinking
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Very good command of English and, ideally, written and spoken German
• Extensive experience in the area of risk management / quality management of a regulated company
