Demand Planning Manager (m/f/d), München

Your Mission

• Responsible for creating an accurate short-/midand long-term forecast
• Planning of own managed brands and customers
• Tracking and improving continuously the forecast accuracy
• Close relationship with supply chain teams to ensure perfect execution in customer delivery
• Run analyses on historical data and forecast, highly impacting business decision making
• Complete forecasts with special events on market or products based on inputs from Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and external data from customers
• Animate the monthly Demand Planning process by tracking and explaining changes
• Help identify risks and opportunities and setup or create own projects

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration
• At least 5 years experience in Demand Planning or in other Supply Chain functions preferable in FMCG
• Analytical and data driven without losing big picture
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Challenging mindset and easy to adapt to continuous change
• First leadership experience
• Advanced Excel skills, knowledge in SAP-APO-DP or IBP is a plus
• Fluent in English and German language
