Country Sales Manager Germany (f/m) Cosmetics Industry

Responsibilities

• Enforce relevant channels in Germany by increasing distribution in drugstores with selected customers assisted by headquarters in France
• Responsible for the development of strategy and account plans for existing and new accounts such as supermarkets and perfumeries
• Built strong and progressive relationships at a senior customer level
• Monitor and report direct sales performance by customer
• Responsible for profitable growth within the selected accounts as well to explore further opportunities in these specific business channels via additional placements and promotions
• Responsible for marketing and public relation on the local market
• Based in Germany

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as Sales Manager in the cosmetics industry
• Field sales experience with drugstore chains
• Contacts to buyers in drugstores, supermarkets and perfumeries
• Strong interpersonal negotiation skills
• Profit oriented and entrepreneur mindset
• Fluent in German and English or French
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Germany
• The ability to turn insight into innovation through new business development, translate latest trends and customer needs into opportunities that deliver growth
