Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks.
• Act as the main point of contact between the project team and operational stakeholders.
• Ensure that operational teams clearly understand project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for internal teams.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the implementation of new operational solutions.

Profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solving.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operational environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools is a plus.
• Position based in : La Plaine Saint Denis (93) Perimeter France, travel is to be expected in France and during project deployments: 2 to 3 nights per week.
• Remote work possible: 1 day per week depending on project requirements
• After graduating from a business or engineering school, you will have 3 to 4 years' experience in logistics operations in an international group. You ideally have one certification in program / project management (PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2…).
• You have a good command of project management tools to ensure planning, costing, budget monitoring, risk identification and management, etc.
• You have good knowledge of the logistics business as well as project management. Ideally, you have already worked as an MOA project manager with a shipper, 3PL or within a consulting firm.
