Missions

As member of a three people Controlling team, reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be in charge of sales, plant and gross margin controlling. On this perimeter you will:

• Participate to the monthly financial reporting and analyze the monthly variance vs. budget and vs. forecast
• Elaborate the 3 month forecast on a monthly basis
• Follow-up the plant’s activity on daily basis (inventories, scrap etc.)
• Control sales and purchase prices variations
• Follow-up current costs vs. standard, analyze gross margin variations and propose corrective actions
• Work closely with purchase and industrial departments and follow-up action plans in order to optimize the operating margin
• Optimize or create reports aimed at operations and top management to help them monitor their performance and to highlight deviations
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support managerial decisions
• Participate to investment profitability analyses and Capex controlling
• Participate to the bi-annual budget and the annual medium term plan
• Participate to the answers to internal and external audit

Profile

• Master degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance (understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-flows)
• Experience, ideally in audit or controlling
• Command of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a strong plus
• Fluency in English, advanced level of German
