Tasks

• Define the future direction of IT products by aligning technical architecture with the organization’s strategic objectives and customer needs.
• Perform the functional and technical design of solutions, creating models and patterns that guide technological decisions.
• Act as the focal point between Product Management and technical teams to ensure solution integrity throughout the development cycle.
• Provide critical support to development teams regarding business domains (data ingestion, product structure management, compliance, and distribution).
• Ensure the application of quality standards (Built-In Quality) and compliance with Airbus processes (Scaled Agile / M20543) during all project phases.

Profile

• Solid experience (5 years min.) in SAFe methodology applied to configuration management or Product Structure and data distribution.
• Technical expertise related to the position: knowledge of the components and patterns handled by the ART; familiarity with the Airbus IT landscape (notably APS and 3DExperience) would be highly appreciated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, strong communication, and the ability to simplify complex concepts, along with leadership qualities.
• Curiosity for the aerospace sector (Airbus A/C) and IT technologies.
• Negociation level in English is mandatory, German or French are a plus
