Missions

• Contribute to Industrial Design process during RFQ, development and innovation phasis under the leadership of Color & Trim Wood Leader
• Focused, Being able to structure complex projects, planning and execution from Creation to Design Approval (Design master / First OK parts / Master book)
• Provide support to the Design Account Managers during the decoration consultation process, in link with Customer Division Team
• Have strong communication skills with design and technical actors on verbal, written or visual exchanges,
• Contribute actively to the Wood expertise development
• Apply with Perceived Quality and Colour & Trim processes ; he/ She will be concerned about detailsThorough knowledge of the market, the industry and the product

Profile

• Drive and knowledge to lead product definition
• Sensitivity with Wood projects – Solid technical knowledge (Stain / Aptic / Finish / Wood selection)
• Three or more years experience in the wood industry
• High level of internal and external networking capabilities
• Fluent in English and French or German
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written and visual
