Client Service Manager (m/f/d) – Focus on covering Institutional Investors, Frankfurt

Missions

• Building client knowledge and trustful relationships
• Documenting, coordinating and overseeing resolution of major issues in the delivery chain affecting the quality of the service (from a client perspective, not from an operational perspective)
• Managing the formal complaint process
• Managing general communication to clients (Institutional Investors, KVG’s, Asset Manager)
• Monitoring and documenting the performance of the service delivery and client satisfaction through regular calls and service review meetings
• Coordinating due diligence visits and –questionnaires
• Coordinating the negotiation of contracts (including SLAs) between the clients and the operative teams
• Possibility of having a Global Service Manager role for a German client with a multi-location set up

Profile

• Degree in economics or a similar discipline and/ or industrial vocational training
• In-depth knowledge of the investment market and of relevant legal regulations
• Strong and extensive experience in a client services role in an investment/ depository institution
• Ability to make clear and timely decisions
• Change-agent behavior
• Skill to go beyond existing frameworks
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
