Missions

• Actively support “Supporting Function” processes in the area of Integrate Business Services (IBS), Finance/Controlling and HR in all DANONE business units (Dairy, Waters, Specialized Nutrition) within DACH
• Be the qualified contact for all our Supporting Function Information Systems (mainly SAP FI/CO, Concur, READSOFT, SHARE and external partners for HR solutions) within Danone IT&DATA DACH team
• Analyze business process needs, develop self-dependent concepts & solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Continuously advance the knowledge regarding business processes and applications in all the previously mentioned domains
• Documentation and trainings for key users as well as First-Level Support
• Participate, lead and support our business in process automation initiatives
• Lead & collaborate within national and international DANONE projects
• Start is as of now in Haar near Munich or Frankfurt am Main, temporary role for 18 months.

Profile

• A degree in business informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or other a comparable professional education
• 2+ years of relevant experience in IT, Finance/Controlling area or business consultancy
• Practical knowledge within SAP-Modules: FI/CO and first project management experience
• Ability to work independently based on provided documentation, functional designs and access to internal knowledge base
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working
• Service-oriented, agile personality with strong communication and team player skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and German (advantage)
