Your Mission

• Own and lead the way towards creating Manifesto Brands
• Lead portfolio transformation and InnoPipe formation for the brand
• Turn true / data proven consumer insights into business opportunities
• Bringing the brand manifesto to life through innovation, storytelling & design
• Full P&L Management
• Strong connection and leadership with Cross Functional and Central Teams
• Be part of the Extended Leadership Team and own Transversal Marketing Topics
• Strong leadership with Growth Mindset both for the business and people
• Lead, develop and grow 2-3 direct reports (Junior Brand Manager/Brand Manager)

Your Profile

• University degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Brand and Product Management
• Entrepreneurial thinking and agile, resilient working style
• Creative and growth mindset to impact the business in a healthy product category
• Good ability to manage stakeholders and impact Marketing team
