You take responsibility

• Enforcing Finance Policy and Governance, coordinating Finance budget /Forecast, and monitoring finance expenses
• Manage Finance resource management and maintain Finance Business Continuity Plan
• Manage German Branch Finance system and data architecture
• Organize Germany Finance data quality control executions and ensure data issues follow-up and resolution
• Monitor, secure and improve Reporting framework as well as the Accounting control framework and the related formalization of procedures/controls
• Contribute to the Financial and Operational Risk Control Committee (FORCC)
• Take part or lead projects aiming at optimizing the Finance set-up
• Support the Branch CFO in setting-up & enlivening the Branch Finance governance through committees

Your experience ensures quality

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Business & Management
• 8 years+ successful experiences in Finance domain, ideally in a multinational banking organization with a wide spectrum of financial activities covered (wholesale and retail)
• Significant experiences in leading role of Finance & Regulatory projects
• Good knowledge of overall Finance activities and processes
• Proven experiences in Finance data quality management is a plus
• Be a team player and solution oriented
• Detail oriented working style
• Good communication Skills
