Analysis and Innovation Specialist (f/m/d), Frankfurt am Main

Our clients and partners include institutions such as the EBRD, EIB, GIZ, KfW, and the EU, as well as commercial banks, investment funds, and private foundations.

Your tasks

Contribute to the development of IPC’s strategic positio­ning and knowledge acquisition in existing or emerging areas of development finance by:

• Supporting the identification and exploration of new business opportunities
• Supporting the preparation of client proposals in A&I-relevant projects
• Supporting the project management and administration of ongoing projects through research, deliverable preparation, coordination and organization, and tracking
• Working on research and study assignments through desk study, data analysis, support for field research, preparation of deliverables
• Disseminating IPC’s knowledge internally and externally through coordination of events, preparation of promotional materials, publication of IPC know-how

Your profile

• At least 2 years of relevant full-time work experience (project management, conduct or coordination of studies/research in finance or economic topics, or tender management process)
• Desire to take responsibility and proactively contribute to improvements in business outcomes
• Familiar with development finance and financial inclusion, ideally through relevant work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, ideally also fluent in French or Spanish
• Highly structured and detail-oriented
• Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines, effectively prioritizing multiple work streams
• Experience in living and working in cross-cultural or multi-cultural environments, ideally in countries where IPC works
