Grow through professional challenges

With direct reporting line to Head of ALMT PF Coverage Germany, and in coordination with Group ALMT Head Office and ALMT PF teams, be the referent and coordinator for all ALM Treasury activities with regards to Securitization and other schemes oriented towards RWA reduction covering German and Austrian business lines:

Project Management

• Contribute to the different phases in a securitization project

• Ensure permanent dialogue within a dedicated project team and to all stakeholders

• Cooperate and follow-up on regular steering committees

• Prepare supporting documents for ad-hoc and regular meetings and committees

Project Implementation

• Contribute and assist in the development of the operational setup

• Review of project model, legal documentation, memos and contribution on account of BNPP Germany

• Collaborate and monitor in Due Diligence process

• Accompany marketing process, roadshow, pricing and closing of transaction

• Gather and collect required data and information to help building internal ALMT models and frameworks

Impress with your skills

• Degree in economics/business administration or similar qualification

• Good communication and project management skills

• Work experience in ALM Treasury, Risk or Securitization topics

• Strong analytical mind-set and understanding of collateralized instruments

• Autonomous and committed working style

• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate concisely on complex topics

• Fluent in English, good working knowledge in German would be of advantage
